Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a talented and experienced Remote Director of Sales to join their client's dynamic team. The client, based in Glendale, CA, is a fast-scaling, people-focused company transforming how businesses hire. This role is perfect for a strategic leader who excels in driving results, mentoring teams, and enhancing sales processes. The position is remote, with a preference for candidates who can work EST hours.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a sales team, including closers, appointment setters, and sales support staff.
  • Hire, train, and develop talent while fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Refine sales workflows, scripts, and training tools to improve conversion rates.
  • Oversee sales metrics, CRM usage (HubSpot), reporting tools, and pipeline health.
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize messaging and support lead generation.
  • Work closely with fulfillment and operations to ensure seamless onboarding.
  • Support the development of new sales strategies, pricing models, and service offerings.
  • Introduce upsell opportunities and enhance client retention strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of building and managing sales teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Skilled in coaching, analytics, and process improvement.
  • Comfortable with tech tools, especially CRM/reporting platforms like HubSpot.
  • Strategic thinker who can move quickly, communicate clearly, and adapt on the fly.
  • Collaborative, motivational, and results-oriented.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in recruiting, staffing, or the construction industry.
  • Background in enterprise sales or new market launches.
  • Familiarity with RevOps or sales/marketing integration.

Required Work Hours

Monday - Friday, EST hours preferred.
